Mannaja (1977)

As promised in the last post, here is the score for Sergio Martino's Mannaja. Also by Guido and Maurizio De Angelis, the style is the same as the Keoma soundtrack, which suits the movie very well. I believe this was the last successful western made in Italy. Later attempts, i.e. Ritorno di Django, 1987, more or less flopped and the genre died out.

Tracks:
1. Wolf
2. The Ransom
3. Axe And Angela
4. Loneliness
5. The Casino-Saloon
6. Axe Is Back
7. The Kidnapping
8. Axe And McGowan
9. Seeking Revenge
10. Debra
11. No Gold...Only Stones
12. Snake
13. The Hatchet
14. Out Of The Tunnel - Finale

Download.

I don't know who's singing, but it's like a drunk Lee Marvin singing to a spaghetti western by Leonard Cohen - and that's meant as a compliment. thanks so much.
